Key Responsibilities

Project Management (Creatives & Media)

  • End-to-end project management of video production jobs, ensuring that creatives are delivered to clients according to the brief, quality expectations and timelines.

    Tasks may include (but are not limited to):

  • Taking creative briefs from clients which may involve asking probing questions to better understand the requirements or discussing the brief on kick-off calls with clients, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
  • Providing a clear, concise and accurate written brief to our production teams.
  • Making recommendations on their campaign plans and strategies to improve performance.
  • Making recommendations on edits to creative to improve design quality and ensure it adheres to video advertising best practices.
  • Managing all project related client communication, feedback on creatives, facilitating revisions and delivering final creatives to clients.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities.
  • Plan, manage and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize digital campaigns, and make sure KPIs are being met.
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations

Business Development/Account Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
  • Managing, expanding, and retaining assigned accounts to maximize revenue and increase overall business with existing clients.
  • Investigate and determine clients’ wants and needs.
  • Providing solutions for clients that will drive better media/ business results through better creative solutions.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of advertising best practices, digital ad formats industry trends and new trends in digital technology.
  • Discovering, pursuing, and closing opportunities for new business and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Presenting to, consulting with and establishing multiple level contacts within assigned accounts.
  • Effectively creating and delivering tailored presentations on our services.
  • Amenable to work onsite once RTO resumes. Office located in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a client servicing, account management, advertising, digital media sales or digital marketing creative role.
  • Strong visual and technical understanding of the creation of motion graphics and video editing.
  • Demonstrable experience with building effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and file/asset organizational skills.
  • Task-driven, self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Have the ability and confidence to do client presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic ads and social media ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Competency using with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop would be highly regarded but not mandatory.
