Zendesk is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS and Analytics team.

We are looking for someone who are candid, listens to our customers and are dedicated to providing the best customer experience possible. What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of system improvements of the various HR system tools and processes.

  • Capture, build and test requirements for multiple modules within Workday HCM including Compensation, Talent, Time Off, Absence Management.

  • Perform quality control of mass data uploads to ensure compliance and data integrity.

  • Provide functional support for end-users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

  • Deliver training and documentation to HR and other end users.

  • Own and support special projects from start to finish.

What you bring to the role
  • 3+ years of experience either within an HR or IT team implementing & supporting HR systems with in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM.

  • Experience in building, configuring, customizing, implementing Workday modules with expertise in at least 2 of the following areas: Talent, Compensation, Time tracking, Absence management, Reporting or Security.

  • Previous experience supporting users of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system is required. Having a combining HR processes and system assessments expertise with a broad knowledge of HR functional (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).

  • Experience in developing test scripts and performing effective test plans and procedures.

  • Demonstrable experience building and modifying reports.

  • Demonstrable ability to work on projects requiring interpersonal and time-management skills.

  • Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
