Job Description:
  • Make the delivery strategy base on the Project requirement from internal and external
  • Lead the RPMs and whole team to achieve the target together with team
  • Manage the subcon to complete the task base on the monthly plan
  • Manage the delivery quality, cost, revenue as well as the progress
  • Responsible for the delivery result and customer relationship
  • Responsible for the team’s EHS, BCG learning and comply
  • Report to Customer and Huawei Internal management
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have the professional Project managing experience and can Manage the Team to archive the target assigned from project
  • Preferably with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering background
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
