• Manage a portfolio of high-profile real estate companies in VisMin; address their executive hiring requirements; build long-lasting relationships with their key decision-makers.
• Lead all recruitment activities from sourcing, process management, and post-offer consultative services.
• Build and maintain a robust network of potential talent through proactive market research and networking.
• Become an expert in current property market/industry trends and job functions.
• Secure recruitment partnerships with new real estate clients through business development.

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline with work experience in the recruitment industry
• Professional background in real estate, sales, and / or business development is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; must be fluent in verbal and written English
• Passion for meeting new people through networking
• Ambitious, adaptable with initiative; can operate under pressure, with minimal supervision
• Must reside in Cebu and be willing to work on-site in the Cebu IT Park
