A TSS would be completing 4 -5 roles per month, and max 3 at any one time – needing to find 8-10 suitable engaged and screened candidates for each.
  • Understand, with help of TDS – see other spec - each new role well, i.e., client/sector/technologies/ role/person spec – preparing questions that TDS will cover on client assignment Scoping Call.
  • Create, again ahead of Scoping Call, if needed with TDS help, Boolean search strings and map out talent pool, and share confidence and risks in finding 8-10 suitable, engaged and screened candidates within 1 week of kick-off
  • After Scoping Call, begin candidate search with objective of finding 8-10 suitable, engaged and screened candidates within 1 week of kick-off.
  • Also maintain candidate long list as LI RPS Project, so that TDS can share search/engagement analytics with client.
  • Use some SD tools around candidate motivators (see our 6Fs) and also be able to articulate CVP (Candidate Value Proposition) to explain the attractions in the client’s company/role/location/ compensation, and other possible motivators.
  • Use candidate person spec – we call it CFS (Candidate Fit Scorecard) to assess, screen, and hence identify the top talent.
  • The 8-10 suitable candidate will then be passed to TDS for more detailed interview/selection, and presentation to client, in a further 1-2 weeks.
