Coordinate and lead recruitment activities with a focus on Recruiting Operations, Sourcing or Analytics. Assist in
the preparation and execution of recruitment strategies for the site and review performance against plan. Build and
maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring
and for succession planning. Responsible for creating, monitoring and auditing various recruitment reports and
report results and discrepancies to management. Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bringing efficient
and effective changes for better performance. Support the full lifecycle recruitment process.
Essential Duties &Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations:
  • Provide candidate pipeline as a result of the effective coordination with the hiring manager and introduce process improvements.
  • Administer appropriate adjustments to plan in order to provide the site or multiple locations with required manpower labor in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of recruitment strategies for the site and review performance against plan.
  • Source candidates for each position as well as leverage on line recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking systems to identify qualified candidates.
  • Able to establish an academe linkage to the top 5 reputable schools which can be a good source of high quality candidates. Create strong ties with the universities thereby elevating EGS to a preferred company status.
  • Effectively set and manage candidates’ expectations and able to act as an effective frontline to the different organization where he/she can source candidates.
  • Receive and monitor job applications from external sources to respective recruitment point of contact.
  • Lead /manage complex projects.
  • Understand the business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific reports requirements.
  • Introduce innovative ideas in the report generation that will assist in making a sound business decision.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
  • • Interface regularly with management to understand potential concerns and be able to provide solutions.
  • • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
  • • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years university and 2 years work experience or 4 year College Graduate or Bachelors’ Degree
  • Two years of experience required and three to five years related experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:
  • At least 2 years Talent Acquisition Supervisory experience or Analyst experience
  • Will need to handle stakeholders, ensure final interview pass rates are optimal by partnering with Operations
  • Well-adept in using applications software like Taleo System, Microsoft Office, Access DB, etc.
  • Able to use Professional Candidate Web Search like Linked-In,, etc.
  • Highly skilled in doing campus recruitment, job fairs and other recruitment external related activities.
  • Able to provide creative ideas to the graphics designer which will give a value add to the marketing concepts.
  • Able to provide suggestions to improve business processes to facilitate candidate selection.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits.
  • Highly flexible to do all functions within Recruitment.
  • Performance is measured by recruitment metrics.
  • Familiarity with Targeted Selection Interviewing Techniques.
  • Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Strong engagement with the hiring manager in anticipation to the volatile hiring forecast.
  • Previous experience implementing process improvements. Should be able to screen up to managerial position.
  • Has perspective about how function relates to the business overall and will participate in strategic planning or make process improvement recommendations.
  • Well-versed in the local hiring laws, competently updated in the global and fiduciary requirements.
  • Tactical planning to lead and accomplish specific projects or tasks.
  • Subject matter expert for in-depth knowledge of primary function.
