Work Scope:

  • Conducts resume screening and interviews for student-applicants
  • Conducts resume screening, interviews, and assessments for student-applicants
  • Updates student acquisition data and recommend improvements in student acquisition process
  • Attend to student-applicant inquiries and resolves student-related concerns
  • Assists in organizing and facilitating student events such as mixers, trainings, graduations
  • Regularly communicates with students and serves as their Guidance Officer/Career Advisor
  • Willing to work from home 90% of the time (office reporting will be "as needed" basis)
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a working laptop/PC with webcam and headphones

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably Psychology, Human Resource Development, Liberal Arts or Equivalent
  • Preferrably with at least 6 months of experience specializing in Human Resources
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, can easily establish rapport
  • High customer service skills
