Resource is responsible for performing the following:
  • Respond to tickets raised from event monitoring and incidents logged by users;
  • Fulfill Service Request
  • Provide recommendation on Cloud-based platform enhancements and improvements;
  • Train new resources on how to support VMs hosted via Cloud
  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related courses
  • Knowledge of Virtualization and Cloud Technologies like Microsoft Azure and VMware
  • Knowledge in SAP Applications
  • Should possess skills on patching/installing and removing of applications on SUSE
