We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - US and EMEA Market (With Night Allowance) who is a highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic team player to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for obtaining availability, creating schedules, and sending out invites in a fast-paced, ever-changing, startup environment.

  • Schedule phone, online and onsite interviews for candidates with speed, efficiency, and accuracy

  • Work directly with candidates and hiring managers

  • Work with employees across multiple time zones (APJ, US, EU)

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience

  • Maintain the accuracy of data in our Applicant Tracking System (we use the Greenhouse ATS)

  • Collect feedback from interviewers

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting teams

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers at the interview stage

  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

  • Heavy calendaring, scheduling and interview/meeting coordination, conference room booking

  • Stay up-to-date with the current recruiting process

  • Amenable to work on Night Shift (10pm-7am Manila Time)

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the recruiting coordinator role

  • Experience managing multiple calendars across different time zones

  • Prior experience communicating in a multicultural, multinational environment with team members who are based in the US and Internationally

  • Google Calendar: Overall administrative tasks including telephone inquiries, e-mail, scheduling meetings, and calendar coordination for interviewers and meetings

  • Must have solid computer and web apps proficiency (G-Suite, specifically Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask

  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment while remaining grounded and collected

  • Not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change

  • Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
