  • Education: College graduate of a business-related course or behavioral science, preferably a licensed Psychometrician; Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent exemplary experience in the BPO industry in the capacity of an HR Manager / HR Business Partner highly preferred.
  • Possess good working attitude and performs tasks in an organized and systematic manner;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity is required; equivalent experience in the IT - BPM industry is highly preferred.
  • Possess good moral character, hardworking, a team player and can work with minimal to no supervision.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Willing to be stationed in the Davao Region.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform the following Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring that intended outcomes are achieved following standard procedures:
    • a. Conducting sourcing and pre-screening of candidates
    • b. Manpower Pooling
    • c. Administration of Exams
    • d. Conducting background checks
    • e. Consolidation of results of screening activities into Candidate Summaries
    • f. Verification of completeness of submitted pre-employment requirements
    • g. Preparation of Job Offers that remain consistent with the salary structures of the Company
    • h. Obtainment of acceptance of Job Offers
    • i. Preparation of Employment Agreements and facilitating obtainment of candidate’s signature onto the same
    • j. Conducting HR Orientation sessions as needed
  • Manages the Talent Acquisition Division by performing the following activities:
    • a. Reporting to the senior management
    • b. Evaluating performance and providing feedback for the team
    • c. Providing assistance to resolve employee issues and disputes
  • Formulate new recruitment strategies for the development of the overall recruitment process.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
