The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing, directing, and implementing effective recruitment, selection, and placement strategies, including policies and procedures to support the various business groups of the bank by fulfilling their manpower requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or related field

· At least 5 years of end to end recruitment experience from sourcing/marketing to onboarding

· Knowledge of emerging trends in talent acquisition/attraction

· Knowledge of regulatory/tax/labor law/job market

· Technical expertise in job analysis, sourcing methodologies, skills assessment, and talent management
