What you will be doing:

  • Customer workshops and discussions to elicit requirements and define business processes
  • Documentation of requirements and processes
  • Solution design and implementation of Smartsheet work management solutions
  • Applications Maintenance & Support
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by the client.

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years Technical Business Analyst experience or similar
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, GSuite and other computer applications
  • Experience in managing workflows and timelines
  • Experience in constant engagement and communication with high level stakeholders
  • MBA & above or equivalent supervisory or management experience
  • Highly Initiative
