Job Qualifications



  • At least 2 years pure Technical Recruiter Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in End-to-End recruitment, gained from either RPO, In-House, or executive search firm

  • Experienced in technical recruitment

  • Excellent skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches

  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English and Tagalog

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Possess sound judgment, exert discretion and be able to preserve confidentiality

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines

  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organization skills, Self-starter and able to work independently or with a team


Job Descriptions



  • Sourcing applicants from the database and social media platforms

  • Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job

  • Administering examination

  • Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles

  • Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email

  • Establishing contacts to help build the client database

  • Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews

  • General data admin and paperwork

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

  • Develops and maintains excellent working relations within the wider Recruitment team, HR and Hiring Managers
