Description of the Role:
• The Technical Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing, directing, and implementing effective recruitment, selection, and placement strategies, including policies and procedures to support the technical recruitment department by fulfilling their manpower requirements. The Technical Recruitment Manager should also be able to understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
About the Role and Day-to-Day Activities:
• Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Responsible for IT industry research, sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all internal and external requirements
• Facilitate the hiring process (screening, interviews, selection)
• Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
• Lead, oversee and supervise members of the technical recruitment team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or related field
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience of end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Expertise in understanding and explaining job requirements for IT positions.
• Technical expertise in job analysis, sourcing methodologies, skills assessment, and talent management
• Can start ASAP
