About the Role:
  • Act as level 1 technical support for a specific system/software/tool (email, chat and call).
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees.
  • Resolve technical issues accordingly.
  • Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of reporting and database.
About You:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably graduate of Computer courses;
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Team-player, good command of English and ability to multi-task.
  • Open for mid-shift schedule (2PM to 11PM).
