Qualifications:

At least Graduate of any 2-year technical course
With or without experience in conducting Technical Trainings
Have good Communications Skills
Knowledgeable in MS Excel and Video Editing (will be used for Training Materials)

Job Descriptions:

Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
Comply with FALP’s Environmental Management System Best Practices to prevent environmental accidents and to reduce environmental impacts.
Participate in all Environmental/ Occupational Health & Safety activities and have the right to refuse in case of unsafe conditions.
Responsible for proper use of Internet and other media platform and reporting of suspected cyber threats to immediate superior and/or IT Department.
Responsible for proper use and care of machines. Report to immediate superior and/or Equipment Department, any abnormality encountered on machine/equipment during pre-operation/operation process.
Perform 5S and ensure that cleanliness and safety of work area is maintain.
Participate in daily meeting regarding the status or updates of group activity or process.
Prepare and check training materials, tools, machinery or equipment to be used.
Conduct the technical training according to standards, guidelines and requirements.
Observe & evaluate the written & practical understanding of the trainees.
Provide all the necessary data/ training results and prepare the training reports.
Notify/ inform immediate superior about the encountered abnormality.
Follow & implement the formulated countermeasures for the encountered abnormality.
Update the assigned training module based on the standards.
Participate in internal group activities and projects.
Perform other duties assigned by the superiors.
