The Quality Assurance & Project Training Coordinator, through adherence to processes and procedure, provides quality & training support to projects from the planning phase to project completion, respecting the contractual obligations arising from partnership agreements and ensuring that the services delivered meet both customer requirements and Conectys standards.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service / Customer Support experience – minimum 1 year of previous experience;
  • 1 year experience in coordinating quality & training teams/processes in a BPO environment; Client communication experience – proven direct communication with client as part of job role on topics concerning quality & training (e.g. client calls, business reviews, providing analysis/conclusions and plans on quality & training performance)
  • 6 months experience in coordinating quality & training teams/processes in a CM environment
  • Willing to work in Iloilo.
