About The Job
  • On time freight payment monitoring, including billing reconciliation, work on TMS error report
  • Analyze freight spent, provide weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist global plants/ distributions for accurate freight accrual at month end
  • Participate in saving project analysis& implementation, maintain global freight rates template within SAP TMS
  • Support plant logistics in timely freight payment, resolve payment exceptions.
  • Run TMS global freight analysis, monthly reports, monitor carrier performance.
  • Participate in global RFP analysis and facilitate implementation
  • Responsible for TMS user training, TMS master data maintenance.

About You:
  • College degree in Supply Chain Mgt, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
  • With at least 1-2 years Transportation/ Logistics/ Supply Chain experience
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Excel, PPT, etc
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • SAP experience preferred
