Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to help our client with customer inquiries and administrative tasks.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant Customer Service experience
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Experience using any CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-time: PHP 35,000 - PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
