A specialised mental health clinic located in Sydney. They have a team of 13 doctors and allied health professionals, including Psychiatrist, Pain Specialist, Paediatrician, Psychologist, ADHD Coach and Physiotherapist.

Responsibilities
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing phone calls to book appointments and answer existing patient enquiries
  • Invoicing & Claiming to insurance company
  • Email management
  • General administrative tasks such as faxing, emailing, and filing
  • Assisting in marketing campaign including preparing and dispatching marketing materials, contacting referral doctors, organising events etc.
  • Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Employer

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Virtual Assistant / Call Centre or Customer Service role is essential
  • Strong verbal and written English is a must
  • Strong computer skills is a must
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritise as we are a very busy clinic
  • Be competent with medical practice management software
  • Have great communication skills and be able to work well as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team
  • Have great organisational skills with particular attention to detail and conscientious accuracy
  • Be able to produce high quality accurate work, prioritise work load and manage competing deadlines
  • Respect and protect strict patient privacy and confidentiality procedures and policies
