Your responsibilities will include handling client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in various tasks related to client management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an on-site setting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and messages from client
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by collecting necessary information and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings or training sessions to familiarize clients with the company’s products or services
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and communications
  • Update and maintain client databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents related to client accounts
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and other documents as required
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking projects related to client accounts
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients’ needs are met efficiently
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and sensitive company data
  • Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency in using office software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
