You will be working with Change Healthcare Philippines Inc. as a Workday System Administrator.
The Company is a captive center in the healthcare industry- they are a registered business entity here in the Philippines but their headquarters is in the US. They are a global healthcare company operating in over 120 locations in the world, one of which is the Philippines. The Office Location is in BGC, Taguig City. (Temporary WFH)
Job Description:

This role provides administrative support to the HR Systems & Analytics team. They will partner with the HR Analyst Experience Lead and business partners to execute all administrative enhancements (researching support tickets, providing exceptional service levels for all System and Analytic Tier 1 requests.

This role works closely with the HR Analyst Experience Lead and HR Systems & Analytics team, and business partners by providing exceptional customer support and priority coordination. This team member will be a key contributor of the System delivery model. They will serve as resource for Tier 1 Workday issues.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR System Admin 60%
  • Tier 1 support for Workday Business Process transactions SME, troubleshooting & resolving issues.
  • Configure, test, validate and implement business process changes in Workday.
  • Assist with Security Requests
  • Assist with Alight HCM relationship and case escalations
  • Partners with HR System Experience Lead on Workday Inbox & associated tasks
  • Mass data load, including CC, Furlough/Leaves, etc.
  • Manages & triages the team mailbox and ticket system (PSSystemsReporting@ & tasystems&data@changehealthcare.com)
  • Assist with process documentation
  • Monitors & escalates any Tier 2 or 3 to HR System Analyst Experience Lead
  • Data Audits
HR System Admin Support 20%
  • Provide Tier 1 support to address any tickets or requests that come in for the Systems team.
  • Build Relationships across the business and within our internal team
TA Systems Team Leadership20%
  • Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance our business partners related to the troubleshooting and support of day-to-day HR systems including researching and resolving system related issues, and recommending solutions to meet system requirements.
  • Build their knowledge of the HR system, provide guidance on technical work, including documentation, requirements, and always ask is there a better way of doing this in our system.
Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Required: Associates degree or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years’ experience with HR systems, preference for Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Workday
  • Experience serving as a lead and participating in cross-functional projects
  • Experience scoping requirements/design, partnering on development, and leading UAT execution
  • Experience developing and delivering training for peers and distilling complex information to others
  • Self-driven learner with creative problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a highly flexible environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate relationships – particularly with customers/clients/users
  • Ability to influence the work of others and motivate a broader team to shift behaviors; communication and change management experience
  • Relentless focus on customer service and finding solutions
  • Analytical skills, data driven approach
  • Workday design and support, sys admin experience, preferred
